How can I send documents to the Classifier?

Simply email your documents to the unique Classifier address. Once received, they’ll be automatically assigned to the right company.

In addition to sending by email, you can also upload documents directly via the web application.

Who can upload documents to the Classifier?

Any user you’ve authorized to send documents can upload them to the Classifier.

What happens to the documents after they are included in the company?

After being assigned, documents are automatically moved to the “Unprocessed Documents” section, ready for review and processing.

How can I check if the document was filed correctly?

You can verify correct filing by checking the “Unprocessed Documents” section of the assigned company.

Is the Classifier module chargeable?

Yes. The Classifier module costs €8 + VAT for all businesses combined. Each uploaded document is charged €0.05 + VAT.For more information, see our Price List.
