Frequently Asked Questions about invoicing

What happens after the Trial version expires?

After your Trial version expires, you will automatically be transferred to Doklado FREE, or you can choose to upgrade to Doklado PLUS, the full version of the application.

How does the monthly subscription work?

Once you upgrade to the full version, you will be charged a monthly subscription that allows you to process 70 receipts and invoices and make 70 conversions via Converter. For each additional document beyond the monthly limit, a fee of €0.20 + VAT will apply. Extra usage will be included in your next invoice.

Are there other monthly subscription options?

Two packages are available:
Doklado FREE – the free version, allowing up to 7 documents per month.
Doklado PLUS – a paid monthly subscription, allowing up to 70 receipts and invoices, 70 conversions via Converter, and access to additional modules.

Are there any fees besides the monthly package?

For each connected bank account you pay €1 + VAT per month for the subscription. For each processed document above the monthly package you pay €0.20 + VAT. If you have Bridge to Pohoda connected, you pay €8 + VAT per month for the subscription. For information about other modules, please see our Price List.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time in your Doklado Account Overview under Subscription Information. Detailed instructions can be found here.
